    People management is an art. I hate to say that few people seem to possess it. A bit like Dennis I think I have - and found it mighty frustrating when dealing with people who don't. For example, my old partners always used to wonder how I (a man) knew so much about our staff (largely female) when they (female) did not. The explanation was simple - I had coffee with them. That way I began to learn what made them tick.
