    Dennis, it's not such an unusual thought ... I witnessed similar situations (reverse interview, the candidate interviewing the firms) in the mid 90's in th e then-red-hot ERP Consulting business.

    The difference is that 'my' audience has not seen this kind of thing before. There is stiff competition now for quality candidates so for me this adds another twist.
